Turquoised floors
A look back at that time we turquoised a cement floor. I love thinking outside of the box and getting resourceful when it comes to limitations. In this case, it was a blank, commercial booth space in need of some character.
It almost has an acid wash-denim look that made it feel like a well-loved rug. All of the defects and cracks in the floor transformed into rock-like veins. A lot of layering and mixing went into the process.
I would love to incorporate this into another design in the future!
